Open Access Policy

Journal of Coastal Sociology (JoCS) provides direct open access to its content, based on the principle that making research freely available to the public to support the global exchange of knowledge.

As an Open Access journal, JoCS ensures that all content is freely accessible to users, without any charges to them or their institutions. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without the need for prior permission from the publisher or the author.
