    Sosiologi Jurnal Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat merupakan jurnal ilmiah peer-review dan Open Access yang diterbitkan oleh Jurusan Sosiologi, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk membantu dan memfasilitasi para akademisi, peneliti, praktisi dalam mengembangkan, mendiskusikan, dan menerbitkan artikelnya di bidang Ilmu Sosial. Sosiologi Jurnal Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat diharapkan dapat menjadi wadah diseminasi hasil-hasil penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang berkualitas dan dapat berkontribusi dalam menjawab wacana permasalahan di masyarakat.

  • Kalyanamitra: Journal of Archaeological Resource Management

    Kalyanamitra: Journal of Archaeological Resource Management is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal that provides a global academic platform for research in the field of archaeological resource management. The journal covers a broad range of topics related to the sustainable management of archaeological resources. It accepts contributions that explore issues such as site preservation, cultural landscape management, community-based archaeology, and the use of new technologies in archaeological resource management. The journal encourages submissions that incorporate interdisciplinary approaches to the study of archaeological resource management.
    All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process, in which the identities of authors and reviewers are kept confidential to ensure an unbiased evaluation. The Editorial Board makes the final decision on publication based on the reviewers' recommendations. Before submission, authors are advised to thoroughly review the submission guidelines provided by the journal. Manuscripts must adhere to the specified guidelines and formatting requirements, as those that do not comply will be rejected before the review stage. Only submissions that meet the formatting and submission standards will be considered for review and potential publication.

    Journal of Coastal Sociology (JoCS) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing critical and interdisciplinary scholarship on the social dimensions of coastal and marine sustainability. JoCS Published by the Department of Sociology at Gorontalo State University, Gorontalo, Indonesia, in collaboration with the Association of Indonesian Sociology Study Programs (APSSI). The journal distinguishes itself by focusing on how power relations, governance systems, and socio-economic transformations shape coastal communities, particularly in the Global South. It aims to bridge empirical research with critical theoretical debates on sustainability, justice, and socio-ecological change in coastal regions.

    JoCS prioritizes contributions that address the complex interactions between society, environment, and development in coastal contexts, with particular attention to underrepresented regions and communities. The journal welcomes studies on: Social justice, inequality, and marginalization in coastal regions Power, governance, and access to marine and coastal resources Coastal livelihoods and socio-economic transitions Climate change, vulnerability, and community resilience Blue economy and its social implications Gender, identity, and social relations in coastal societies Migration, displacement, and demographic change Local knowledge, indigenous practices, and cultural systems Conflicts and contestation over coastal resources Community-based and participatory coastal management Socio-ecological systems and sustainability transformations.
